With over 30 years' experience in sectors such as Banking, Recruitment and Utilities, I have been employed in a variety of roles including Office Manager, Press Officer, Production Coordinator and Customer Liaison Manager.  I began operating as a Virtual Assistant in 2007 working from home in Gloucestershire

I am organised, adaptable and methodical with an eye for detail.  I am happy to communicate at all levels and, with well-developed interpersonal skills, quickly form successful working relationships Self-motivated and enthusiastic, I can offer a wealth of experience to clients who require an efficient, professional service tailor made to suit your business requirements.

Working with customers throughout the local area and across the UK, although the service is virtual, it is certainly not impersonal.  Unlike working with a temp, you will always be dealing with me and I will build up knowledge of your business and the way you work.  With up to date IT skills and software utilised in conjunction with meticulous planning, your deadlines will always be met.
